Introduction
This "Helix World" is a website that claims that "Electromagnetic waves have no electric field", and defies the common knowledge of academics that "Electromagnetic waves propagate in pairs of electric and magnetic fields".
As the innocent child in Andersen's "The Emperor's New Clothes" says, "He has nothing on".
If we consider that electromagnetic waves do not have an electric field and that they travel as a magnetic field flows, we can clearly explain how radio waves are generated from an antenna and how an antenna receives radio waves, which have been ambiguous until now.

Refer to@ Receive electromagnetic waves
Electromagnetic waves can be divided into two types: magnetic fields generated by dipole antennas and pyramidal horn antennas whose plane of rotation is parallel to the direction of travel, and magnetic fields including light generated by conical horn antennas and synchrotrons whose plane of rotation is orthogonal to the direction of travel. If magnetic fields such as those generated by synchrotrons are photons, then radio waves, light, and photons all behave as magnetic fields, and each can be put together as an electromagnetic wave.

Refer to@ Electromagnetic waves are traveling magnetic fields
Both single photons and continuous wave-like light are the same electromagnetic wave, and the particle and wave theories of light can be merged.
Then, the force due to electromagnetic waves, such as the "light pressure" of a laser beam or the "EM drive" of a rocket, can be considered the same force generated by the rotating magnetic field of an AC motor or the moving magnetic field of a linear motor.
A magnetic field traveling at the speed of light may have energy equivalent to kinetic energy without mass.
Incidentally, it is easier to think of the form of natural light, including light polarized in all directions, as a magnetic field generated by a synchrotron, although it is difficult to think of a magnetic field generated by a dipole antenna.
Also, if we consider the behavior of metamaterials in terms of magnetic fields, the behavior that was unclear may appear to be natural.
Based on the behavior of electrons, current is an indicator of the product of the number of electrons in a cross section and their velocity, voltage (potential) is an indicator of the concentration of electrons (sparse and dense states), direct current is the flow of electrons, and alternating current is a longitudinal wave (a wave alternating between sparse and dense states) caused by electrons vibrating back and forth in the propagation direction.
The current flows where electrons are moving, and no current flows beyond the tip of the current where no electrons are moving.
In other words, it is not essential for the current to be a loop in an electric circuit, and there is no need to consider a hypothetical current where no electrons are moving.

Refer to@ Form of current
Therefore, the displacement current flowing where electrons do not move, created by Dr. Maxwell, should have been revised when the above behavior of electrons was clarified, but it is still carried over, leaving some ambiguity.
Once again, since there is an alternating magnetic field in radio waves, the current induced by the alternating magnetic field flows through the antenna, which is a conductor, even if there is no electric field. Therefore, experiments using antennas, such as Dr. Hertz's experiment, cannot prove the existence of electric fields in radio waves.
In addition, the voltage, which indicates the concentration of electrons, has no substance as a wave, and similarly the electric field has no substance as a wave, so the electric field cannot be a transverse wave.
Note that, as described above, there are no electric fields in electromagnetic waves in the far field, but in the near field, which is directly affected by electric fields, the presence of electric fields cannot be ignored.
